DUSI.T.V FARXILM WEDNESDAY
An excellent story, equisite outdoor scenes, iu:r fine acting mark “The Buster,” the latest William Eox production .starring Dustin Farnum, which will he shown at the Princess 'I heat.c on Wednesday. A melodramatic vehicle of unusual power is here given tile famous Fox star, and his work attests the suitableness ol his histrionic characteristics to comply with the demands of the role assigned him. Farnuin is called upon to be the patronizing. yet stern tamer of a New York soi iety belle. Doris Pawn, in the feminine lead, as the girl to be shaken from her wilfulness and temperament, acquits herself creditably. Together they form a team of excellent performers in a picture of romance, action and thrills. The story is from the prolific pen of William Patterson Yi’hite, the noted writer, and was adapted for screening by .lack Strumwasscr. Colin Campbell directed. The photographic beauty of the Fox feature is due in the care, practiced in the selection o‘ “location” in the Californian Rocky Mountains and in a still larger measure to the cameraman, David Abie. The latest topieals and a special two-reel comedy completes the programme.
