A Committee of the Economic Council of the Reich has recommended the conditional acceptance of the reparations experts' recommendations. Ihe Government will hear the views of the premiers of the Federal States on Monday and there appears to he no doubt that it will decide that the report he accented as the basis of negotiation for a final reparations settlement. . wumm n miTTi nt~i
