This was done, and I was again informed that the Board refused to subsidize or settle any portion of the claim. Moreover, at a public meeting, I was informed by one ol the Bonn! s niemebrs that any sick calls would he subsididctl during the absence of a district nurse. Now Mr Editor, my position is before you and your readers, ami I am sure you will agree with me that a man with a family of seven should not receive this sort of treatment from a Charitable Aid Kojml.
