The Home correspondent ol the ‘‘Tunes” sas tiiavt Signor -Mussolini has not yet given an opinion, hut the hope is universally expressed, no" that the experts have reported in favour of the reconstruction of the economic unity Germany, France will abandon the military occupation, taking of purely economic sanctions. The Italian Government throughout ’ has favoured such action. The newspaper “Tribuna” points out tins after a prolonged study.of the whole question the experts have nr-, rived at the same conclusions as reached by Mussolini in January of last year. . The “I! Messagero” expresses the opinion that the experts, ill spite ol the immense difficulties, have advanced a, series of proposals which may he called definite formulae for liquidation, adding: “As regards the capacity of Germany to pay the means and time ' ** must he given for payment. No doubt tl, t . experts have shown great generosity. The report represents the irreducible minimum which Germany must accept- without resistance.”
