VIENNA, Feb. 10. % A young manufacturer residing at Brunn, the capital of Moravia, now part of Czeclio-Slovakia, was arrested at Vienna after kidnapping in iiis motor car a beautiful girl to whom he was formerly betrothed. Her parents broke off the engagement and sent their daughter to relatives in Vienan, The lover arrived at Vienna early one morning, and with assistance enticed the girl to the house door, where ho forced her into his motor-car and ordered the chauffeur to drive to the Czecho-Slovakian frontier.

Passport difficulties prevented them crossing and he was arrested.
