REGINALD DENNY TO-NIGHT. Romance and adventure under a tropical sky, when palm trees arc swayed by a warm breeze and lap against a coral beach lures one with its charm and fascination in “Tropical l.ove” commencing at McLean’s Pictures this evening at the Princess Theatre. The common bond of loneliness drew together Rosario, the Seeker, and the Drifter, the three principal characters o£ Tropical Love, with Ruth Clifford starred as. Rosario, and Reginald Denny as the Drifter, and Fred Turner as the Seeker. Rosario, beautiful child of Nature, wondered why her skin was fair and her mother's brown. The seeker knew not who he was, whither he came from, nor where he was going. It was instinct that, after twenty years, guided him to the scene of the tragedy that had bereft him of bis mind. The Drifter, young and educated, bad cut himself away from the bonds of Society to find adventure in a sugar plantation in Port Rico. Fate tiiretf these three toother, and each became something precious to the other during the adventure and mystery that followed. Ralph directed this fascinating picturization of Guy McConnell’s story, “Peaks of Gold” which was produced in Port Rico. A two-red comedy. Gazette and Cartoon, will support this powerful picture.
