''Times” says that the Bavarian Government is taking special precautions in view ol possible disturbances when j verdict is announced in the Hitler case 10-morrow. A proclamation has been issued warning the population that noting and looting are unlawful and assembly and resistance to tlie Slate’s forces are punishable by death or penal servitude. The proclamation also forbids the display of posters with the result of the trial in tlio streets, cities or shop windows. A State Commission lias been appointed with special powers to maintain order. Reports, that Hitler's supporters throughout Bavaria are concentrating upon Munich, are officially contra l.'dod. but from previous experience the public has little faith in the official denials.
