FEDERAL MANUFACTURES.
SYDNEY, March 20. The Commonwealth Statistician reports during the year 1922-23, the manufacturing, industry of Australia substantially increased, and tho value added to materials in factories advanced by £10,465,224 sterling or nearly eight per cent.
