COPENHAGEN, Jan. ’>7 In flie village of Tjaerborg, near Ksbjerg, the remains of the shrine of St. Alban arc said to have been discovered. What has been found is the frontispiece of the shrine, which is about sft long and about Ifiin broad. ft is richly ornamented with allegorical carvings in a pattern dating iroin the time of Charlemagne. it was taken to Denmark by Danish Vikings, and by the beginning of the 17th century had passed into private possession.
