When n family man with the aid of a thoroughly experienced advisor has made a good will he has performed a vitally important duty towards his family—hut the duty does not end with the proper signing and safe custodj of the document. As time goes on the prospective needs of dependants may change. They may develop temperaments and tendencies necessitating the provision of •safeguards to prevent the wasting or frittering away of tl*eir interests. There may be alterations in the number or circumstances of dependants or next-of-kin rendering nenecessarv a redistribution of the estate. The will should therefore be carefully revised at intervals to accord with the changed circumstances. In such cases the long experience of the Public Trust Office can be very helpful to the family man, for this Office has been concerned with classes oi estates and dependants for fifty years past.
