BOWLING.

HOKITIKA V. GREYMOUTH. The Greymouth Bowling Club sent down five rinks, anil a rink of colts to play Hokitika on Saturday afternoon and an interesting game ended in a win for Greymouth by 22 points, every rink, except that of the colts, proving successful. The green rolled out in capital order and with a fine bright day the match passed off very cnjoyably. The ladies as usual provided a dainty afternoon tea which was fully appreciated. The Reynolds Badges were retained by Greymouth, the 'rink skipped by Mr Morgan proving the winners. At the conclusion of play short speeches were given by Messrs AV. Wilson (President), Morgan (Badges winner) and McKay (Oreymmith), followed by hearty cheers for the ladies and both Clubs.
