A FAULTY LAW. NEW PLYMOUTH. March 21 The Arbitration Court dismissed an appeal against the decision of an S.M. in July last awarding a penalty of £3 against each of ill watersiders foi taking part in a strike in connection with the discharge of the steamer Opawa.
