AUSTRALIA AND PENNY POSTAGE MELBOURNE, March 19 The Post-master General states it is not possible for Australia to return to penny postage, as lias been suggested. It would be too costly. HEALING MISSIONS. SYDNEY, March 21. A lengthy pastoral signed by all the Anglican Archbishops and Bishops of the Commonwealth has been issued to the clergy dealing with ministry healing. It is founded on personal experiences of the signatories of healing missions in their respective dioceses. After referring to the widespread spirit ual physical benefits resulting from the mission and the general deepening of cliurcli life, it says they are convinced that results point to spiritual forces being at work in response to the prayers of God’s children. It appeals for closer co-operation between the spiritual ministry of the church and tlie medical profession, and says wliat the mission lias already achieved is a clear call to church to carry on healing work which God began.
