He made a personal attack on . Sir Henry Ferguson for his action in tho matter. Dr MacDonald said if this resulted in Dr Pickerill’s resignation it would bo the greatest scandal there ever had been in connection with the university. Sir Henry Ferguson said the charge that he had worked against the Dental School was absolutely unfounded. Several members spoke strongly of the necessity for putting an immediate end to the scandal which they said existed, and eventually it was decided that a deputation consisting of the Vice-Chancellor and Messrs Rennie and Jj. D. Ritchie should proceed to Wellington to wait on the Prime Minister with a view to having tenders called for the new Dental School and the work gone on with at once. ffWWTI I 1 .PLJuj i A LA.DY who tried every remedy in vain, ancl at last discovered a simple seif cure, will send particulars FREE to sufferers.
