[“Tint Times” Service.] (Received this dav at 11.46 a.m.) LONDON, March 10 The ■•Times’’ Berlin correspondent says that although the military clauses of the Franeo-Czeeho-Slovakia treaty have been kept secret, he learns, on good authority, the following are the main proposals : ']) The two countries agree to do their utmost to secure the support of .1 ugo-Slavia, Poland and lloumania for the" preservation of peace and the consolidation of Central Europe. c>) Al. Poincare agrees to grant unlimited credit to C'zeeho-Slovakia in return for the utmost development of the Czecho-Slovakian army. (3) 111 the event of war with Germany Cxeeho-Slovakia is to place her entire army at the disposal of I* ranee: conversely, France undertakes, in the event of a collision between Germany and Czecho-Slovakia, to declare war on Germany. (I) In tbc event of war between Poland and Germany both countries lire to assist Poland. Cj) In the event of imminent hostilities between O.ocho-Slovnkia and Hungary, France s to support Czechoslovakia with war materials. (li) Both countries to remain neutral in the event of a conflict between Poland and Russia. (7) Both countries agree to take common action in the event ol any attempt to restore the Dohonzolleriis in Germany. Obstruction on the part ol Germany will be coimidered as enusus belli. (Self Russia attacks Roumaiiia, both countries are to support Roumatiia with war materials. !«)) If Germany supports Russia in the event of a Rnsso-Polish war, both countries to declare war on Germany. 1 10) Until countries to agree with the efforts on the part of Italy to establish her domination in the Afediterranean.
