EARTHQUAKE DISASTER. NEW YORK, March IS According to a despatch from a Tokio correspondent, it is learned that another earthquake disaster has visited Japan, the present centre being Kashiku, a small Japanese colony on Snghalien Island, where great, vertical and horizontal tremors have opened huge fissures in the earth, destroying dwellings and causing many casualties. The River Nayori, immediately following the earthquake, began rising rapidly. The tremors were felt in Tokio. The seismic nucleus is believed to be at the sea bottom near the Kurile Islands. Relief measures have been started to aid the injured and the homeless. Sore throats promptly relieved by taking a few drops of “NAZOL” on sugar. Quickly banishes summer colds. Is 6d for 60 doses.
