Cologne reports state that emigration to South America from West Germany is eagerly increasing. Thousands have gone to Brazil during the last six months and seven thousand are leaving Baden and Wurtemburg for Paraguay, where the Government lias granted each man twenty-live to thirty acres alongside the railway. Tlie emigrants arc taking necessary agricultural and domestic equipment and intend to establish a colony of BadeneTs y. and Wurtemburgers.
