(Received this day at 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, March LI In the Dail President Cosgrave read a further statement from Tobin, declaring tire object ol the ultimatum would he achieved if the army situation was righted. Mr Johnston, a Labourite, accused the Government of submitting to the ultimatum and jettisoning a democratic Government. President Cosgrave repudiated the suggestoin. In the Dail President Cosgrave intimated the executive proposed to ;>ppoint a Cabinet Committee to inquire into the administration ol the army.
