Evans to move :—“That the Inspector wait- upon the owners and occupier.- of sections not, sufficiently fenced, or where the fence is dilapidated and unsightly, anil request attention to same, and failing due attention within a reasonable time the Council lake steps pursuant to Section 202 ot “Tlie Municipal Corporations Act” to require the owner to fence to the satis'action of llm Council ; the Inspector to ■opart in due course on action taken iy hint in this matter.”
