Mr Frampton: That is too low. j Mr A. .1. Masson: If you make it two miles an hour they will travel at four miles an hour. And if you make it four, they will travel at eight, said the chairman. The motion was then passed, an steps are to ho taken immediately to bring the new regulation into operation.
