Sir.—l wish to enquire does the Health Inspector test milk for al) .' other substance besides water, tuberculosis Kevins for instance. \\ hat is the matter with milk when alter standing for twelve hours or more in a basin instead of cream coining to the top. it turns into a thick, viscous stringy matter, and it hangs oil a spoon in strings like treacle.
