TREASON TRIAL. I'V T KI. K<: It Al’lf I'MI'.SS ASSN., COPYRIGHT. BERLIN. .March I. On tho resumption of the treason trial in .Munich. Counsel lor the Defence asserted that witnesses, and even the Public Prosecutor, had been influenced by \on Lossow and Scissor, circulating pamphlets staling their own case. He also declared that Von Kalir, \ on Lossow and Von iSoisse had made a statement jointly to the examining judge, after reading the statements of the other witnesses. This statement was also distributed to all military witnesses. The Court then decided to exclude the public, including the representatives of the Roiehswehr and Ministry, during the examination of the officers of the infantry school; in view of the fact that many questions in regard to concealed arms would ho asked.
