The bride who was given away by her mother, looked charming in a dainty frock of ivory crepe-de-chine handsomely headed and long georgette sleeve- also headed. Her long embroidered tulle veil was held in plate by a coronet, of orange blossoms, and a bouquet of white flowers and maidenhair fern completed an attractive toilet. The bridesmaid, Afiss Tv. Garvey, wore mauve satin, and carried a bouquet to match. The duties of best man wore carried out by Afr T. Connolly brother of the bride. The bride's travelling costume was of silver grey gabardine and saxe blue maroeain hat. The newly married couple left for Christchurch, en route to Wellington, their future home, by yesterday morning’s express, and were fare welled at the station by a large circle of friends.
