A. on the I 1 111 March to elect uflk'Ts and committees and decide in regard to proposals for building the Club Booms. In connection with the latter il was resolved to hold the usual dances and euchre tournaments in aid of the building fluid, and to sugge-d an Empire Bazaar to open on Juno All. Next Saturday nighi, a dam e will lie held under the direction of Messrs Moore and St) and. The (onimr-iiinraliiiii of Ammo Day was mentioned mid it was decided to arrange for the event at ihe general meeting of members in a furl night’s time. IL was resolved to co-operate with the civic authorities in any public function extended to Ford Ji-liicr-..-- on his approaching -visit. The rocretnry reported as io ill--' funds in hand, and it wa . re-olvod to pay all outstanding accounts, and have repairs done to the hall, and to arrange for the painting of the interim of the building. Various sugge-tions in connection with the bazaar were made, and it was decided to seel; the co-operation of the ladies in this matter. The bazaar will he held in the Soldiers’ Hal! which would offer special facilities for .-itch a function. Other matters wore di---u ■ ,-d and the meeting adjourned at 8.30.
