He said the Government were not prepared to accept or indicate what it might he prepared to accept on the recommendation of a round the table conference on a new scheme for establishing full and responsible Government in India, only three years after the institution of a scheme of reform, which was adopted because we were convinced tlunt tIR- establishment of full and responsible government would be worse than perilous.
