WELLINGTON. Feb. “I. An inquiry into the death ol Henry Ricliord Mean, who received fa Inl injuries while cranking up a motor-lorry at l’etono last week, was conducted by the Coroner (.Mr W. M. Riddell S.MA at the Magistrate's Court a few dayago, s.-ivs the “Wellington Rost." "Evidence was given hv Dr J. M. Mis death which occurred on .Saturday, was due to heart failure, resulting from injuries received in the accident.
