'I be successful placing of a Dominion loan of S?2(l0,000,000 in Canada in peace time is unprecedented, and is an accomplishment of first importance. What makes this record all the more remarkable is the fact that the province of Ontario loan of SjU(),COO,GOO constitutjj. - the largest loan ever made by any of the provinces, was successfully floated immediately following the Dominion loan.
