Wallace Wnllick, of Lincoln, Nebraska who was appearing in; the _ local Court at the instance of his wife, who was seeking separate maintenance, in a sudden fit of fury, fired at Ills wile and her attorney, but missed them. The Judge, William Morning, however, was shot dead. Then shouting: “I don’t need any lawyer, I am through,” Wallick turned the revolver on himself and committed suicide.
