This recovery of Nationalist feeling represents a renewal of the real German spirit which has been inarticulate for the past five years. For the first time the Allies may he faced with the, Germany which caused the war. This Germany did not sign the I roaty of Versailles, and lias done its best to prevent the Treaty’s fulfillment, hut if it dominates the next Reichstag it will have to bear the responsibility for its actions.
