CUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. GERMAN FOREIGN POLICY ATTACKED. LONDON, February 15. The' 1 “Times” Berlin correspondent says that a .sensational attack on President Ebert appears in the Nationalist paper '“Deutsche Tagczeitung”, which alleges that 'Ebert was response !e for file instructions given to the German diplomatic representatives abroad, which were prejudicial to the dignity of the nation and disturbing to Germany's foreign relations. As insti lu es the newspaper quotes the flag incident at Washington on the occasion of ex-1 ’resident Wilson’s death and the appointment of Doctor Ltuulsberg, the German Minister at Brussels who is exchanging posts with the German Minister at Belgrade. The “Tngezeitung” Y says that Lnndsberg, who is a Socialist, lias not been a success in Brussels run therefore should not he given allot lau- diplomatic post. Finally, the paper says: “While members of Mr Baldwin's Government were not received at the German Embassy, lierr St. Hr.mer, Ambassador in London, acting on instructions from the highest quartei in Berlin, now invites to the Embassy the whole of the Labour Party, and hob-nobs day in day out, with every sort of trade Unionist.”
