A further ease in which AYilliani lYrey Capes, Charles Hopgood Capes. James Golding, Walter .Medley llul.stou, and Alfred Tucker were charged w ill, conspiring on or about July 27th.. 1923, “each with the other hy deceit to detrain! the Poverty Bay Trotting Club of £l7B 8s by substituting the trotting horse YYillio Lincoln for the trotting horse Judins.” were also remanded to February 23rd.
