Tlio bank is in liquidation and tlie directors arc to be prosecuted. Air O'Connor was a material witness in this prosecution. This is the second death in muneetion with the Home Bank inquiry, as a woman at a recent meeting of depositors dropped dead from excitement. The trial of all the directors in Canada. v.h oalotie are implicated, is expected to open early in the Xew A ear. The bank failed in August, and fn October several ofiicinls were arrested. Depositors arc being paid f?o per cent.
