I.amneroft (Mr Murdoch) for resilience site license, Ilium, on which her hotel is erected. Mr Murdoch asked the Court to relieve the applicant of payment of Lt» per year for same as a business license, as site was paying a lull publican’s license fee.— Adjourned for two weeks, counsel to advise the County Council as to the request, with the enquiry as to whether any ohjeel ion were oll'eretl to the fee being remit ted. J. C. Mnlfnn and Co (Mr Murdoch) applie.it ion for a reduction of royalty.
