At the Supremo Court before Mr Justice Salmond, Gavin Brown, for breaking and entering at Feilding, was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment. Herbert Doughly. for theft at Hamilton. wtis ordered two years’ imprisonment.
Ftedcrick Ellis, for false pretences at Wanganui, was ordered, two years 1 imprisonment.
Ambrose Joseph Lipinski. for .incest whose counsel said the prisoner bar been tempted by an unscrupulous woman, was sentenced to three months imprisonment.
