PANIC among industrialists. HJSHtALIAN AND N.Z. CAHI.E ASSOCIATION LONDON, Jan. 22 The “Morning Post’s” Paris correspondent reports that the seizure (if the original documents by the (.<>minission investigating the devastation I'nmds has caused a panic among the industrial eeneerns. The Commissiuner has now in his possession the original claims made in 1917: aEo the revised statements made in 1919 and 1921. which contain damaging evidence <>( the manner of iuilation ol the claims carried out. ft is stated that seventylive per cent ol the leading indtistii.il linns in the North of France are involved. A!any papers have disappeared from tlm dossiers, hot, uiilortunntely for the guilty parties, a record of their various claims were made m books when the original papers reached Paris.
