The Square Man
One of the biggest advantages in life is to lx' known as the square man. The brilliant, able, keen man that is unfair, inconsiderate and sharp, will be defeated in his most hopeful and cherished plans. This is not moralising—this is commercialising the truth that it pays to lie square—square with your neighbour. square with yourself and square witi. your job. The British Empire made the word “square” stand out as one of the incontestable rules of success.
