The “Times” Brussels correspondent says Belgian Socialists generally view the prospect of a Labour Ministry in England apprehensively. The leaders of the Belgian Socialist Unity consider that tHo moment for seizing the reins of Government has been badly chosen and. are anxious lest the experiment of English Labour, if it fails, should prejudice the movement in other countries, especially in Belgium, where the elections are due in 1925.
