AUSTRALIAN ANP N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. LETTER TO PARTY LEADERS. /Received this dav at P 1.25 a.m.) LONDON. Jan. 11. The British Chambers of Commerce have sent, a letter to Messrs Baldwin. Asquith and MacDonald. expressing grave concern as regards the delay in the ratifications of the economic and financial arrangements made at the lin aerial Conference. The Association believes the resolutions of the Cu ll i'erenee, if carried into ofleet, will assist the development of the trade of the Empire and relieve the unemployment at Home. Therefore, it hopes the leaders will assist the ratification of tin- arrangements reached bv tie- Conference.
