An embroidered tulle M.’il was ihcl’.l in place by a spray of orange blossoms, and she carried, a sbeuf ol Madonna lilies. The hiide was attended by her sister’, Mrs J. Hutton, a,s matron of honour, who wore a I rock e.f shot crepe satin, and a pretty hat ot hlark and gold lace. Her bouquet was of rosecoloured cantut,intis and gypsnphila. Little GWynne Appleton, of Hokitika, wearing a sweet petal frock ol powder blue and Juliet (tip linishcd with tiny pink roses, made a dainty flower girl. Bhc carried a posy of yellow carnations and maidenhair fern. The bridegroom was attended by Air AVilliam Beattie as best man. Alt’ Williams presided at the organ. After the ceremony a. reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents. The guests were received by the bride’s mother, who was smartly dressed in a uovy blue costume, and grey and black hat. hater the bride and bridegroom left, the West C oast on t,heir wedding, tour, the bride wearing a frock of grey maroeain and a shade bat of grey georgette and lace.
