The "Daily Chronicle's” Berlin correspondent says tin* Gorman Government has decided to make it more difficult in future for Germans to travel abroad owing to the extravagant dLplavs by the unpatriotic and newly rich spendthrifts in foreign countries, especially Switzerland, as a residt oi which there is a growing belief abroad that the appeals for funds for Germany’s starving is only a political dodge.
