WEDDING BELLS
WILLIAMS—BELL. A large attendance at- Holy Trinity Clnircli, Greymouth, on Wednesday evening witnessed a pretty wedding, when Miss Leah Bell, the third daughter of Mr anil Ilrs A. Bell, of Tnrnptilii Street, was married to Mr AY. Williams, son of Mr and Airs AY. Williams, of Westport. The bride was charmingly attired in white georgette, headed with silver, a court: train hanging from the shoulders being lined with blue and gold shot .silk. She wore t-ho orthodox wreath and veil. Mis Maggie Bell, the chief bridesmaid, wore buttercup satin, bended with heliotrope amt gold. Miss Agnes Bell wore powdet hire, georgette, beautifully trimmed ■•ill: (line and gold heads. Each bridesmaid wore ■' tulle cap. (rimmed with ro.-elntids. Two little nieces of the bride. Trene Bell and Tsobe! Loves, v.ere train hearers, both wearing white silk, relieved with silver. Mr Percy Colvin, .son of the late Air -f. Colvin. M.P.. was. lie best man. and Mr TTimi. of Christchurch, was groomsman. Archdeacon Carr c-mdmded file ceremony end Air T. Cianksliavv was the organist. A reception was lie Id at the Oddfellow'.; Hall, numerous guests being present-. fori:fst bofstridoe. \ very pretty wedding was celebrated at, St. John’s Presbyterian Church. Greymouth. the coni Meting parties being Alma, the third daughter of AIY and Mr.s T. 11. Bousti idee. of Albert Terrace, and Leslie Thomas, the eldest -on of Mr and Mr- F- Forrest, of Palmer; tun Street. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a pretty frock of kingfisher blue ma.rocain, with bat to match. She was attended by her sister. "Milly, as bridesmaid, who wore a silver grey nmrocnin fit ess. Rev. B. .T. .Tames officiated. Mr f. Cairney was the best man. Mr T. Cianksliavv acted as organist and played the AYedding Alareh. A reception was held at the residence oi the hrgie s parents, and the newly-married couple irli by the express for Christchurch end Onmaru on ilmir honeymoon.
