Perry, (or sawmillers interested— Kanieri-11 okitika Sawmill Coy., Digger- Sawmill Coy., and Koiterangi Timber Coy.—asking for lease of river frontage between Briittan and Rollestoii si reets for £lu per year.—Received. It "a- resolved that a lease two year- with right of renewal he given to applicants at €2l pel' year tor the area under the Board’s authority between that leased by Warren and E'eney and that ot the AAestland (-old Prospecting Syndicate, Ltd. The signalman reported 11 to l-” 1 feet of water, and a straight channel —Received. It was resolved that the Exhibition Council he granted the use of tho western section of the shed for storage purposes lor £9 for the period of the Exhibition, and that this sum when paid he stiliserilx'd to the Exhibition Council for exhibition purposes. ■ Accounts amounting to £63 7s lid were passed for payment.
