A claim was made iu the Arbitrtutam Court to-day by Ray George Ryan, a waterside worker, against the Union Steamship Coy. Ltd., lor compensation for the loss ot an eye, resulting I rout an accident while tlie plaintiff was working for the defendant company. Mr P. J. O Regan appeared for the plaiutiU, and Alt' ( . J. White for the Union Coy.
