Che < eh dlettgc cup is taking place tins alterm.-en. the start being made at Greymouth at 3 p.m. and the (ini-h is at tin* (entta! Motel corner. Hokitika. which should ho leached about 1.30 p.m. There are 15 entries, and the hatidkais extend to 10 minutes. In addition lathe Harnett Glass cup. the (iist prize carries a gold medal presented by Mr G. Sutherland; the second prize is a gild medal presented by Air \) . He!!, the third prize is a gold medal, and for ifio .fastest time a gold medal will he given also.
