The British Government ask that certain change- he made in the drafts that have been approved by the Con-fen-nee of .Ambassadors. Iho .Ambassadors are now separately considering the British views. PARIS. Nov. 21. Following on an exchange of views regarding the provisional agreement, tho Allied Governments have now agreed on the terms of the notes which will he forwarded by them to Germany. The first note denies that Allied military control in Germany will contribute to disorders. It insists on a resumption of Allied control. reserving the right to take such measures as may seem proper in the event of the Commission of Control being obstructed by the Gorman authorities or citizens. The second note deals with the Crown Prim-.i. Tl accepts the assurances of the German note delivered vestordav as to renunciation of any claim to the throne. Nevertheless the note declares that the Crown Prince - presence in German territory is likely to provoke serious complications for Germany, both tit home and abroad. The Allies hold the German Government. responsible for any consequences which might, compel the Albeit to confer upon sueh measures as become necessary to deal with the situation.
