PARIS, Aug. 31. Paris fashion creators have evolved a skirt whit h is almost as narrow as the famous pre-war hobble skirt, but regard lias been had for the wearer t. comfort by pleating the skirt at the side and occasionally slitting it almost as far as the Is nee.
