I lie result will lie published immediately. IMPERIAL AND ECONOMIC LONDON. November lb There is an apparent and earnest endeavour to conclude the Imperial and Economic C.inferences by this week-end. The situation, is largely governed by the fact that the Imperial Parliament reassembles next week and the attention ol' Imperial .Ministers will be oectipkd with their duties. It is sale to predict that the Economic Confluence will result in a number of decisions ot advantage to the trade and commerce of the Empite. In regard to the Imperial Conference, though no definite pronouncement! is yet available undoubtedly the discussion will result in the advance of Empire unity. Resolutions dealing with the all-im-portant subject of prefetenee and overseas settlement will be dealt with by the Economic Conference this week.
