Goldwvn in its endeavour to improve tin- artistic standard of the photoplay have scored a triumph in ‘'Milestones’’ whieh is the hie attraction at the Princess Theatre 10-night. The charming atory is told in three episodes, showing the eliaraeters iirst in the year 1800, then in Is'-C) and finally in 1910. thus giving exceptional opportunity for period tost nines as well as quaint settings, features whieh make a strong appeal to almost all person, interested in motion pictures and especially to women. The aim of the authors is to show the hitter opposition of the '.older generation against the more modern ideas, progress and romance of the younger generation.
