TitADiNti Aspects. One of the most sensitive trades tn New Zealand to feel the effects of change in the financial atmosphere is drapety and clothing, including the departments for men. Inquiries made with some care in trustwoithy quarters, says a financial correspondent, show that trade in both the country and towns is very quiet. Retailers are working on very low stocks, or are buying in extremely conservative lasliion. Those is an impression that German goods from Germany direct or through other countries are likely to sweep down like an avalanche and with them a severe fall in current prices is inevitable. That is the feeling, whatever the reason, however slight the grounds for it.
