IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.
(USTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. DOMINION'S POWERS. LONDON. October 27. One of the two remaining important matters before the Imperial Conference is that of the treaty-making powers of the Dominions. It has been remitted to a special committee which i- now in consultation with the foreign office. The delegates attach considerable importance to the committee's report, which, if adopted by the conference will determine the treaty-making statu- of the Dominions for the fiv«t time in the Empire’- history.
